Belgrade Centre for Human Rights and the International Rescue Commitee published a report on the access to asylum procedure in Serbia which also includes the analysis of the reception conditions. The report outlines the situation following the adoption of new legislation on asylum and foreigners and gives a set of recommendations to the Government on how to improve the efficiency and fairness of the asylum procedure in Serbia.
